All prices quoted are in Pounds Sterling. Please note, a quotation does not confirm your booking or secure a date.
A non refundable deposit of the total cake OR Wedding Favors cost is required to secure all wedding and celebration cake /Favors orders the remaining balance is due 28 Days before delivery /collection date
Cake Tasting sessions /consultations–
By appointment at a Cost of £ 25.00 per couple payable on booking. You may choose up to 4 flavors for tasting
(This is refundable and taken of the cost of your cake order should you place an order for a cake £250 or more excluding cake stand hire and delivery)
I can deliver your cakes /Favors and set up as you request on your special day at the minimum charge of £ 20.00 you are also welcome to collect your order from my premises in Boreham, Essex if you so wish.
Securing your Event Date-
Unless otherwise agreed, bookings must be secured with a £50 non-refundable deposit at time of booking to secure the event date. The deposit amount will be deducted from your final balance which will be due no later than four weeks prior to your event date (unless otherwise agreed with Wedding and Events Angel) and failure to do so could result in the loss of your deposit & cancellation of your booking without notice.
It is the responsibility of the customer to pay on time and bookings made less than four weeks before the event require full settlement immediately.
Confirmation of your booking will be emailed to confirm full payment & order details, please keep this as your proof of payment & booking.
Security Deposits For Hire of Equipment\breakages damage
Unless otherwise agreed, a security deposit of up to £75 is required per booking and is payable with your final balance. All hired items will be collected at the end of the event or the following day (upon agreement with client and/or venue) and upon safe collection of all items hired in an undamaged condition, your security deposit will be returned immediately. If no deposit is taken and goods are found to be damaged upon collection, the client must understand that they are liable for the costs to replace or where possible repair the items in question.
Should any of The Wedding and Events Angel Company property deemed to be ‘on hire’ suffer damage of any degree it is the responsibility of the named client (‘the Hirer’) at the time of booking. This may result in partial or full loss of ‘security’ deposit and the Wedding and Events Angel Company are not liable for decor once they have left your venue. If venue staff move or re-arrange décor and hire equipment and damage occurs, we are not liable and the responsibility stays with the Named ‘hirer/client’ on the booking form. It is entirely up to the ‘hirer/client’ to seek any recompense direct with their venue contact or any third parties that may have been in contact with hire services equipment or direct purchase services
Cancellations and changes to booking
Bookings cancelled between 4-8 weeks (prior) of the event date, any deposits are non-refundable.
Bookings cancelled between 2-4 weeks (prior) of the event date, 75% of total booking value is required. Bookings cancelled within 2 weeks of the event date, 100% of total booking value is required. If payment has been made in full, a credit will be provided accordingly. If full payment has not been received, payment by the booker will be required with immediate effect. A design change fee may be charged if decor changes are made after full payment has been settled
DISCLAMER- Please be aware that all cakes, biscuits ands sweets in our range may contain or have come in contact with traces of nuts or nut oils The cooking and sewing Angel company and Wedding and Events Company, can not be responsible for any issues resulting in any issues resulting from food allergies. We will not be held responsible for any injuries or damage to any persons during the time of hire of Candy carts or equipment
Please also be aware that our sweet trees are constructed with sharp objects so children should be supervised near sweet trees and with sweet wrappers etc. to avoid chocking accidents
All our food handlers are trained and hold current food hygiene certificates our products are produced in a purpose built studio\kitchen
All our cakes are made with lots of love and care from the cooking and Sewing Angel Kitchen just for you, using fresh ingredients
All goods Hired remain the property of wedding and Events Angel but are the responsibility of the hirer whilst in your possession Once items hired are set up i.e. Candy carts tables etc. We request that it does not get moved, as damage may occur.
